NBHA CA 17 Introduces Weekly Barrel Races and Monthly Buckle Series for Local Riders

Agua Dulce, CA – The National Barrel Horse Association's latest chapter, NBHA CA 17, is excited to announce s a new series of barrel racing events, starting on May 1st.
Kicking off with Weekly Wednesday Night barrel races, NBHA CA 17 hopes to offer local barrel racers the opportunity to compete, win payouts, and improve their barrel racing skills.
Our Saturday Buckle Series starts in June, where barrel racers can compete for larger payouts.
“Our focus is on creating a series of events that cater directly to the needs of barrel racers in our community," explained Deboraha Townsend for NBHA CA 17. "We want to provide a space where local riders can compete regularly, build lasting relationships within the barrel racing community, and have the opportunity to win money. We're committed to supporting the growth of barrel racing in the area and offering an enjoyable, competitive experience for all participants."
The events are structured to welcome riders of all ages and levels of experience, ensuring a competitive but friendly environment. By hosting these races, NBHA CA 17 aims to strengthen the local equestrian community, giving riders a venue to compete, connect, and potentially win big!
